Outdoor salt pool with ionised water enriched with mineral salts
The outdoor pool boasts a surface area of around 300 sq. m. with a bottom that slopes gently towards the centre and is built with quartz and special resins.
50 sq. m. indoor pool
50 sq. m. indoor pool with hydro-saline water heated to 32°-34°, enriched with trace elements identical to those in thermal waters, using different formulations depending on the season.
Cold mist shower
Cold mist showers aromatised with eucalyptus harness the benefits of aromatherapy, promoting muscle relaxation and a profound feeling of relaxation and well-being.
80°-90°C Finnish Sauna
80°-90°C Finnish Sauna produces purifying and regenerating effects on the skin, benefits the circulatory and lymphatic systems, and boosts the body's immune response.

40°-60°C Biosauna
The Biosauna at 40°-60°C or 'soft sauna' reproduces a pleasant revitalising, purifying and emollient effect on the skin. The gradual rise in temperature, which never exceeds 60°, and a longer stay have an effective but gentle effect on the cardiovascular system, stimulating the microcirculation and immune system without stress.

Infra-red lamps: Warmth therapy
The pleasant temperature released, generates the typical deep heat that provides benefit for contractures, muscle tension, stress, circulation and breathing. A maximum stay of 45-60 minutes is recommended
40°-50° Steam bath
The steam bath is particularly suitable for regulating the functioning of the respiratory tract, has a detoxifying effect on the skin as well as draining and relaxing the entire body.
Roman Impluvium
Inspired by the style of the ancient Roman baths, our Roman Impluvium is based on the principles of hydrotherapy, a wellness practice that through the rhythmic alternation of hot and cold water generates beneficial effects on the body, microcirculation, muscles and the nervous system.

200 sq. m. Fitness Centre equipped with Technogym machines. Innovative and functional, the fitness area is available to guests in combination with the SPA entrance. Personalised consultancy, fitness, Yoga and Pilates classes and Personal Trainer service available on request.

How to reach us
The Livia Wellness & SPA offers ample free parking and is connected to the centre of Rome and the main metro stations by tram line 8.
Tram line 8 (Casaletto – Venezia) connects the Gianicolense district with the centre (terminus at Piazza Venezia) and on the way, passes through the Monteverde and Trastevere districts.
The nearest tram stop is a few minutes’ walk from the SPA.
The SPA can also be reached by the 792, 98 and H bus lines.
